FULL WEDDING PLANNING
From Conception to Execution
This is a premium service that is fashioned to give you the ultimate peace of mind. It is a service designed for clients who require the full support and experience of a wedding planner to assist them with the design, planning and management of their wedding.
I approach each of this planning process as a combined effort with you. I get to know you to fully understand your style, passions, likes and dislikes. I reflect this lifestyles and personalities into your wedding.
The average wedding takes around 300 hours to plan and trust me that’s a lot to manage on your own. This service saves you tons of hours of research, and leaving you free to bask in the euphoria of your engagement
The Service includes but not limited to:

Unlimited consultations throughout the planning phases and coordination on the day

Planning the creative design and wedding décor concept

Professional Advice and guidance (Wedding dress, stationery, hair, makeup)

Complete vendor management, including contracts review, Vendor payment plan and vendor meetings.

ACCOMPANIED PLANNING
This service is otherwise known as ‘Partial Planning’ and Credits to the name ‘accompanied’ goes to my friend Leendah.
The service is perfect for couples who have already started their planning and have a clear idea of their wedding design and concept but may have underestimated the planning process and need additional support and direction with parts of the planning process. I’ll be there to provide a boost in the creative department and help you stay on track. Plus, I’ll make sure your day goes off without a hitch, providing support in vendor search in areas where you are lacking.Ideally we can enter the planning process from 5months to provide partial planning. You can still be hands on whilst having us on board makes it easier.
WEDDING MANAGEMENT
Putting It All Together
Also known as Wedding Coordination, this service is perfect for couples who have already planned their wedding but require someone to oversee it all on the day.
It is the perfect way to ensure the execution and delivery of the day you have worked so hard for. Hiring me for your wedding management means you are able to enjoy every second of your wedding day while I manage and oversee all aspects for you.My aim is to ensure you, your family and guests to relax and have fun at your wedding.
Once you have handed over 6-8 weeks before your wedding, the team at EoW are fully ready to come along and pull all your great work and plans together to the finish line.We will be the main point of contact post your handover, liaising with all your suppliers and being the go to person for all things wedding related for you.This gives you the much needed time to focus on a pre wedding pamper and fully be in the moment with your guests.
